Founder and managing partner of the Elliott Barrett Group.  She is a seasoned U.S. diplomat and former corporate attorney who brings with her over 20 years of international business expertise.  Dayle has lived and worked in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, and the UAE.

Scott Carden

Partner and operations officer of the Elliott Barrett Group.  He is an experienced regional executive, former U.S. diplomat, and U.S. Army Special Forces veteran with over 20 years of experience working in the Middle East.  Scott has lived and worked in Qatar, Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan and the UAE.
